Shipping and Returns

At Lumarow, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products. Because our products ship directly from suppliers, please note the following:

• Once an order is placed, processing typically takes 2–3 business days before shipment.
• Orders may arrive in separate packages if you've ordered from multiple suppliers.
• Most orders are delivered within 5–0 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we'll always do our best to help resolve any issues.
• Returns are allowed within 21 days of purchase. The Manufacturer/Brand of the product will process the return. Contact us for initial return processing.
